Assalamu Alaikum,When one prays at sitting position, where should she place her hands at times of rukoo and sujood? Should she place the hands at the knee at both times or will she lift up her hands on air in the manner of doing sujood?

Praise be to Allah.
One should normally place one’s hand on the knees during rukoo and sujood while praying in sitting position. However, if he/she places the forehead on something, like the back of the seat in front of him/her in an aeroplane, during sujood – then he/she should place the hands on the same surface beside his/her head.
