ফযরের সালাত দিনের বেলায় কাযা করতে হলে কির’আত জোরে আদায় করবেন নাকি আস্তে?

প্রশ্নঃ যদি কোনো কারণে ফযরের সালাত দিনের বেলায় কাযা করতে হয় তাহলে কি তিনি কির'আত জোরে আদায় করবেন নাকি আস্তে? তেমনিভাবে যদি আসরের সলাত কোনো কারণে মাগরিবের পরে অথবা রাতে আদায় করতে হয় তাহলে কি তিনি কির'আত নিরবে পড়বেন নাকি স্বরবে?

প্রশ্নঃ মুহাররাম মাসে আশুরার সিয়াম ছাড়া অন্য দিনগুলোতে সিয়াম পালন করার কোনো ফযীলত আছে কিনা অথবা সিয়াম পালন করা যাবে কিনা?

প্রশ্নঃ আব্দুল্লাহ্ আব্দুর রহমানের গীবাত করেছে। এক ব্যক্তি সেটা শুনে আব্দুর রহমানকে বলে দিয়েছে। এরপর আব্দুল্লাহ্ আব্দুর রহমানের কাছে এসে ক্ষমা চাইলে আব্দুর রহমান তাকে মৌখিকভাবে ক্ষমা করে দেয় কিন্তু যদি অন্তর থেকে ক্ষমা না করে তাহলে কি এটি ক্ষমা হবে? উত্তর দিয়েছেন ডঃ মুহাম্মদ সাইফুল্লাহ

আসরের সলাত কখন আদায় করলে আমরা সঠিক সময়ে সলাত আদায় করতে পারবো?

প্রশ্নঃ হাদিসে আওয়াল ওয়াক্তে সলাত আদায়ের কথা বলা হয়েছে কিন্তু আমাদের সমাজে সলাতগুলোকে ডিলে করে আদায় করা হয়ে থাকে বিশেষ করে আসরের সলাত। এর কারণ কি? আর আসরের সলাত কখন আদায় করলে আমরা সঠিক সময়ে সলাত আদায় করতে পারবো? উত্তর দিয়েছেন ডঃ মুহাম্মদ সাইফুল্লাহ

মসজিদে স্থান সংকুলান না হওয়ায় জুম’আর সলাত রাস্তায় আদায় করা

প্রশ্নঃ জুম'আর সলাতের সময় বিভিন্ন মাসজিদে দেখা যায় যে, মাসজিদ পরিপূর্ণ হয়ে যায়। তাই কেউ কেউ রাস্তায় সলাত আদায় করে থাকেন অথবা আশেপাশের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় সলাত আদায় করে থাকেন। তাদের সলাত হবে কিনা? উত্তর দিয়েছেন ডঃ মুহাম্মদ সাইফুল্লাহ

Two questions on Zakaat

 1. if one's servant, guard or driver takes a loan from his master/ boss and promises to return back gradually and later on he/she asks to waive it as a zakat, is it permissible? is there any way around. 2. Secondly, a person is in need of money for his treatment and it is taking a lot. In that case, people around him ask if Zakaat can be given to him as they cannot give any more Sadaqaah? the question arises as that guy may have a regular income or other properties which can be sold for his treatment.

Is playing Ludu acceptable?

There is someone I know who used to pray but in her life there were short periods of time while she did not pray, one period is of 15 days almost and the other is of 2/3 days around. Alhamdulillah now she has taken Islam seriously. She prays regularly, does hijab. She knows that scholars say that a person is a non-Muslim who do not pray. She wants to know if this will apply in her case or not? If applies then does she have to say shahadah to re-enter Islam?

There is a common practice in our country that when someone becomes seriously sick or needs any major operation then the family members ask the Imam/Huzur of local masjid or the orphans at the orphanage run under any madrasa to make dua for the sick person and in exchange the family pays some money to them. Is this practice correct? If the family does not pay money then is it correct?

I used to keep my broken Ramadan fasts and 6 days fast of Shawal on the same days. I used to say two different niyahs. But now my sister in Islam says that I cannot keep fast for two niyahs. These fasts  should be kept separately. Now what would happen to my previous fasts. Do I need to do anything regarding those? Will my broken Ramadan fasts that I kept be valid?

My aunt had been living in Libya with her husband for last 25 years. Recently she has returned from there in the wake of current war there. She and her husband (my uncle) has 6 children. They could not bring any money or valuables with them other than some gold ornaments of my aunt. I do not know the exact amount of gold. Now they are living with my uncle's mother. They are living hardly off some rents from a few shops on that same land. The land though is in my uncle's name has certain disputes and my uncle cannot sell it off to bear their expenses. Besides, their current house is built on it. My question is can I give zakaah to my uncle though my aunt may have nisaab amount of gold ornaments considering that it's not her duty to bear their family expenses? Fi Amanillah
